How quickly will my party supplies ship?
We process most orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, but expedited options are available at checkout if you are on a tight timeline for your event.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Paperless Post Party Shop ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery zones to more countries in the near future.
What is your return policy for party goods?
We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that seasonal items and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Yes! Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
